Capturing the spirit of 1960s Italian minimalism, Audubo appears to cascade from above with ten prisms of hand-polished K9 crystal on vertical brass drops. At once striking and restrained, the collection is the warmth of candlelight with elongated LEDs that shed beautiful light through the undulating texture of the glass.

Refund policy

Thank you for going with aftercave.com. We guarantee that all aftercave.com products are rigorously tested by our quality inspectors before shipping; if you require after-sales service, please email us at support@aftercave.com

Return Policy:

We only have return processing facilities in the United State and China, which means that the returned product needs to be shipped back to our addresses in United State or China. We can not accept returns after 30 days. However, the product, excluding the light bulbs, are covered by our two-years manufacturer warranty. Returned product must be in its original package and in new/unused condition to qualify for any refund. If the product has been installed already, it can not be returned. Customized items are not eligible for return as well. 

Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, if there is any manufacturer defect, you may return for a 100% refund, plus shipping cost that you paid for return, on any lighting fixture or related product. (NOTE: If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify.) If there is no manufacturer defect and you simply changed your mind or want a different size, you still can return it. You will be responsible for both shipping cost. You need to pay for the shipping to ship it back to us and make sure the product is sealed in its original package and in a resalable condition. Once we receive the product and verify that the product is in new/unused condition, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost for us.

NOTE: If the return is not due to a manufacturer defect, customers are responsible to ship the product back to us at your own cost and our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund as well.

One example as a reference:

The customer bought a product at $500. After receiving the product. He/she change his/her mind and want to return it. The customer put everything back into the original box and ship it back to our warehouse at his/her own cost ($50). After we verify that the product is in its original condition. We will refund $450 ($500 minus $50 shipping cost for us to ship the product to the customer for the first time).

How to return?

We try to make it as easy as possible for you. Follow these 3 easy steps to return any portion of your order in accordance with our Return Policy.

  • Process Your Return
    1) Reply to your order confirmation email and specify which items you want to return. Also, please include reasons for the return and indicate whether you prefer a refund, a credit, or a replacement item.
    2) A Customer Experience Specialist will process your request and provide the right shipping address for you to ship to for the return. NOTE: if you ship the product to any other addresses, no refund will be issued.
  • Packaging
    Ensure that all components of all items being returned are thoroughly sealed in their original packaging, including all original packaging material.
  • Shipping
    1) Before shipping, please take pictures of inside and outside of the packages as records to show that products are indeed in its original condition. We strongly suggest having insurance just in case that package is damaged during the shipping process back to us.
    2) For shipping, feel free to ship the product back to us with your choice of the shipping carrier.  (You do have to pay for the shipping first. If it is a quality-related issue, we will refund you the shipping cost once we confirm the issue.) If you choose Signature Required when delivery, please do make sure that the shipping agent allow us to sign on the back of the notice so that they can re-deliver without any issue.
    3)After ship it, please take a picture of the receipt along with the tracking number and send it to us at support@aftercave.com

    Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue the refund within 10 working days. We will send you an email confirmation as well once the return is completed.

    Exchanges

    • The exchange will be considered as return and re-purchase. Customized items are not eligible for exchange.
    • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days after receiving the goods. If it exceeds 30 days, part of the production cost and shipping fee will be charged.
    • Items that have been exchanged are not eligible for return.

    More Details about the return policy

    1. We are unable to accept returns on custom modifications, such as track heads with extensions, or on any special order item (any item or style not listed on our website).
    2. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to aftercave.com unless items are defective. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and received by aftercave.com in new condition with the original packaging, including outer boxes when applicable.
    3. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. For this reason, we strongly advise you to use an insured, traceable shipping method to return items.

    Refunds

    For returned items, after we received them, it takes 5-10 working days for us to inspect for damage and restock. We will issue the refund accordingly after the inspecting process. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to be finalized depends on the bank and credit card company that you use.

    We must receive returned products before we can issue any refund. If we did not receive the products back for any giving reason, like the customer refuses to send the product back or the customer refuses to accept the package resulting in the shipping agent destroying the package, we will not be able to issue any refund.

    Order Cancellation

    Customized items are not eligible for cancellation. For non-customized orders, you can cancel for free within 24 hours after you place the order by replying to your order confirmation email. After that, you can still cancel it as long as the products have not been shipped out, however, a $50 processing fee will be charged. Once the product is shipped out, the order can not be canceled.

    THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF ORDERS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN OR REFUND:

    Products and Invoices Labeled 'Customized Invoice', 'Made to Order', or 'Final Sale' Special purchases, such as Inventory Sale Items, Discontinued Items, and Custom Quotes.

    1. Why are your prices so cheap?

    We closed all our offline stores in 2022 to focus on online sales. All our costs have been reduced. Our products come from our own factories.

    Therefore, we keep our prices reasonable while giving our customers the highest standard of product quality.

    2.How can I cancel an order?

    You can cancel your order, you can contact us to help you cancel your order. But you need to contact us before your order has been sent out. We cannot help you cancel your order once the goods have been sent out. Thank you for your understand!
    Note: You will be notified by email once the order has been sent. So it is can not to cancel the order after the goods have been shipped.     3. After I receive the lamp, can I return it if I don’t like it?

    We support refund after you receive the product, but you need to ship it to our designated shipping address at your own expense, and we will start refunding after we receive the product

    After checking that there is no problem, we will start refunding. Our refund will deduct our shipping cost and refund the principal amount of the product.

    In order to ensure your interest and reduce the loss, we have a good plan as follows.

    We will take pictures and video before shipping, and we will ship it to you after you are sure you like it, but you need to make a note or contact customer service support when you place your order to explain the situation.

    4. Do you replace parts damaged during shipping free of charge?

    Yes, we will give you free replacement parts if there is a defect in shipping or manufacturing. But you need to provide some photos and videos to prove the product is faulty.

    5. What should I do if there is a problem during the installation?

    We recommend to check if the parts of the luminaire are complete one week before the installation in advance.

    Our fixtures are very easy to install and can be installed by an average electrician.

    If there are some unsolvable problems during the installation process, you can contact customer service support for help. Note that violent operation is prohibited. Unless there is a very good solution.

    6. Can I get a full refund because of quality issues?

    We support full refund due to quality issues. (Pictures are required as evidence)

    7. How long does it take to receive my product?

    We follow up the package size of the product to choose the shipping method.


    Package size under 40″ is usually shipped by courier company, and the delivery time is 7-10 days

    Package size over 40″ is generally shipped by ocean freight, with a delivery time of 25-35 days.

    In case of special products, our customer service will contact you to determine the time.


    8. How long does it take to get shipping information?

    Generally, the product will be handed over to the logistics provider after it is processed. It is greater than 1-3 days to get the logistics information after the products are handed over to the logistics provider.



    9. Are bronze and black the same color?

    Bronze and black are not the same color. If you need pure black. You need to confirm with our customer service. Because the production process is different.


    10. I have a high ceiling? Can I customize the length of the rods or the length of the cord?

    Installation instructions are included with every item we sell. If you are unsure about the installation, we recommend that you contact a licensed contractor or electrician.

    16.Is the Aftercave chandelier made in the USA?

    No, Aftercave chandeliers are manufactured in Asia, such as China.

    17.How do I clean my fixture?

    Before cleaning, make sure the current is off.

    Clean the metal parts with a soft cloth, dampened with a mild liquid soap solution. Wipe clean and polish with a very soft, dry cloth. Under no circumstances should any metal polish be used, as its abrasive nature may damage the protective coating on metal parts.

    Wooden parts can be polished with a fine furniture polish, but care should be taken to avoid getting the polish on metal surfaces.

    Never use an automatic dishwasher to clean glass or crystal shades. Line the sink with a towel and fill it with warm water and a mild liquid soap. Clean the glass or crystal with a soft cloth, rinse and wipe dry.

    18.Do your products come with any guarantee?

    Yes, all of our products come with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers normal wear and tear.

    19.Are your products UL listed?

    Our products are not UL listed, but our electrical parts are UL listed and meet US safety codes and are installable by electricians.
